Spa Center Rules

For the comfort, health, and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask you to use our Spa Center in accordance with the rules below.

✓ Guests may enter the Spa Center wearing their bathrobes.
✓ The Spa Center operates as a unisex facility.
✓ We kindly ask you to be present at the Spa Center 10 minutes before your appointment.
✓ Please inform our team about your current health condition, allergies, or any special sensitivities.

Appointment and Treatment Rules

✓ If a guest arrives late for an appointment, the treatment duration may be shortened.
✓ In case of delay, a massage appointment cannot be transferred to the next hour. This rule is applied so that the appointment times of our subsequent guests are not affected.
✓ In case of delay, a new appointment must be arranged depending on availability.
✓ Guests who have booked the Jetlag Package, Sultan Package, or Turkish Hammam Experience will spend the first 15 minutes of the treatment in the sauna area.

For Our Child Guests

✓ Children under the age of 16 must visit the Spa Center accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult.
✓ Massage treatments are not provided for children under the age of 16.
✓ The use of the hammam and sauna is not recommended for children under the age of 16.
✓ Children's pool hours are between 08:00 and 18:00.
✓ Pool use for children under the age of 12 is under the supervision and responsibility of parents or a responsible adult.

Pool Use

✓ A shower must be taken before entering the pools.
✓ For hygiene reasons, wearing a swimming cap is required when using the pool.
✓ Only appropriate swimwear, bikinis, or modest swimwear may be worn in the pools.
✓ Pool use with T-shirts, shorts, dresses, or similar daily clothes is not appropriate.

Alcohol and Safety

✓ Alcohol consumption is prohibited in the Spa Center and pool area.
✓ Your health and safety is our priority. Therefore, guests who have consumed alcohol are kindly requested not to use the sauna, hammam, massage, pool, or other spa services.
✓ In cases that do not comply with health, hygiene, and safety rules, the Spa team may provide guidance regarding the use of services.
