At Hotel Sultania, our standard
check-in time begins at 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out time is by 12:00 noon
(12:00 PM). These timings allow our housekeeping team sufficient time to
prepare rooms to our highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring
each guest arrives to an immaculately presented room with all amenities
perfectly arranged.
We understand that travel schedules
don’t always align perfectly with hotel check-in times, and we strive to
accommodate our guests’ needs whenever possible. If you expect to arrive
earlier than 14:00, please contact us in advance at +90 212 528 08 06 or
[email protected], and we will do our best to prepare your room for
early check-in, subject to availability. While we cannot guarantee early
check-in, we can often accommodate early arrivals, especially during off-peak
periods.
Similarly, if you need to check out later than
noon, late check-out may be available upon request and subject to
availability. We recommend requesting this service at least one day before
your departure, either through the front desk or by contacting our
reservations team. Even if your room is not ready upon early arrival or
you’ve checked out but have a late departure flight, you are welcome to store
your luggage securely with our front desk staff and enjoy the hotel’s
facilities, including our restaurants, spa, and public areas, while you wait.
Our 24-hour front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and assist with a
smooth check-in process, regardless of what time you arrive.
