Hotel Sultania maintains a
completely non-smoking policy throughout the entire property to ensure the
comfort, health, and safety of all our guests and staff. This means smoking
is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas including guest rooms, suites,
hallways, public spaces, restaurants, the spa and wellness center, fitness
facilities, and all other enclosed areas of the hotel. This policy applies to
all forms of smoking including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and electronic
cigarettes/vaping devices.
Turkey has comprehensive smoking
regulations in hospitality venues, and our hotel fully complies with these
laws while also prioritizing guest preferences for smoke-free environments.
The vast majority of modern travelers appreciate clean, fresh air in their
accommodations, and our non-smoking policy ensures that rooms and common
areas remain odor-free and pristine. This is particularly important in

For guests who do smoke, we have
designated outdoor smoking areas on the property where smoking is permitted.
These areas are clearly marked and equipped with ashtrays and seating. We
kindly ask all guests who smoke to use only these designated areas. Violation
of the no-smoking policy in guest rooms or indoor areas may result in
additional cleaning charges being applied to your account, as specialized
deep-cleaning and odor removal treatments would be necessary. Our staff can
direct you to the designated smoking areas, and we appreciate your
cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for all guests. This policy
ensures that even non-smoking guests can enjoy their rooms and the hotel
