Forum Istanbul opened in Bayrampasa in 2009 and is one of the larger shopping centres in the city, with around two hundred and fifty shops on two main levels.
Beyond the shops, the complex holds Turkuazoo, the country’s first public aquarium, with a tunnel through the main tank; a Madame Tussauds; a snow park; and a cinema. That combination makes it more of a day out than a shopping trip, particularly for families.
Open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. The Kocatepe stop on the M1 metro line is directly outside.
From Hotel Sultania take the tram to Aksaray and change to the M1; around forty-five minutes in total.
