At check-in to Hotel Sultania,
guests are required to present a valid photo identification document and a
credit card, which is standard procedure for hotels in Turkey and
internationally. Acceptable forms of photo identification include a valid
passport for international travelers, or a national identity card for Turkish
citizens and EU residents. The passport or ID must be current and match the
name on your reservation.

The credit card presented at
check-in serves multiple purposes: it verifies your identity, can be used to
guarantee incidental charges during your stay (such as minibar purchases,
room service, spa treatments, or dining charges), and will be used for final
payment if you haven’t already paid for your accommodation. We accept all
major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If
you’ve already paid for your room in advance, the credit card will only be
held for incidentals and any additional services you may use during your
stay.

For guests under 18 years of age, check-in is only
permitted when accompanied by a parent or official legal guardian, and the
adult’s identification and credit card will be required. If someone other
than the guest named on the reservation is checking in, prior authorization
and specific documentation may be needed. We recommend contacting the hotel
in advance if you have special circumstances. During check-in, our front desk
staff will also ask for your expected arrival time information if you
arranged airport transfers, confirm any special requests you’ve made (such as
room preferences or celebration arrangements), and provide you with important
information about hotel facilities, breakfast times, and the surrounding
area.
