Istinye Park is the largest shopping centre on the European side, built in 2007 in the Sariyer district north of the city centre. It holds around three hundred shops across several levels, with the luxury brands grouped in their own wing.
The design is unusual for a mall: the central section is open to the sky, and the food area is arranged as a covered bazaar rather than a food court. There is a cinema, a supermarket in the basement and valet parking at every entrance.
Opening hours are 10:00 to 22:00 daily. Most international labels that operate in Turkey are represented here, and tax-free forms are issued at the information desk.
From Hotel Sultania it is a taxi of around forty minutes depending on traffic.
